These XClave towns.... they're not going to be like an HOA are they?

There will never be HOA fees. (And there won't ever be any taxes, either.)

I agree with the economist Murray Rothbard. He believes taxes (and fees) are theft and immoral.

At XClave Private Towns, we're going back to normal with good, old-fashioned service and products that last a lifetime. And since we make almost everything we sell in our small towns, there's plenty of profit - so there's no need to fleece our guests with taxes or silly fees.

Now:

While most people loathe HOA's (Homeowners Associations), they do offer a valuable benefit - certainty. There are no surprise extra fees in our small towns. Everything is included at one reasonable price.

All maintenance is included.

Repairs - included.

Trash pickup, lawn maintenance - even snow removal are all included.

All energy uses such as electricity, air conditioning and heat are included, too.

And the rules are common-sense simple that's based on a don't-harm/bother-others philosophy.

Since there's no HOA governing bodies in our small towns, the common problem of corruption, cronyism, politics and misspent money is impossible. The savings are plowed back into our communities and our ownership pool (which all members get a share in).

The best part is there are no fines for not cutting the grass often enough or plowing snow within 24 hours or cleaning up downed trees after a big storm because we take care of it all for you - never at an additional charge.
